You can exchange any item purchased on within 30 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by carrier to the address on the return shipping label or to an ELIE SAAB store listed below.

  • Fill out the “Exchange and Refund form” or email us here. You will need to enter the order number in your order confirmation email. 
  • Make sure the products you are willing to exchange are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached, keeping the return airway bill (AWB) in the pouch attached to the box.
  • Fragrance’s products may only be returned if unopened and in their original cellophane wrapping.
  • The products that have been used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Items can be exchanged using the same channel of the original purchase.
  • Once received at destination, exchanges will be processed within 7 business days. If the new item costs less or more than the original item, then you will either receive a coupon or a new charge for the difference. You will be notified via an e-mail to proceed with the remaining amount before proceeding with the exchange delivery.
  • Gift exchanges purchased online must contain gift exchange receipt.

Please bring your return in its original packaging with a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. If your exchange does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you and the exchange will not be accepted.


Returns are limited to the below criteria:

  • Product Defect: Fill “Exchange & Returns” form or email us here. Claim must be submitted upon delivery. Claim will be reviewed, and Product must be verified as defected by an ELIE SAAB representative. Return approval will be sent by email.
  • Lost Shipment: Shipment tracking must be confirmed by the shipping company that the parcel is lost.
  • Wrong Item: Item received that doesn’t match with the initial order and is not available in stock.

Please note that shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees you paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
